What is Mutuality?

Mutuality is a concept, coined by Lisa Johnson, that believes in “gift based” leadership, not “gender based” leadership. The term itself came about after years of intense study of scripture surrounding the roles of men and women in the Bible.

Our goal of sharing these materials is to help us realize the dream of a church being a community with no barriers. Feel free to check out the resources below for more information on Mutuality and the related study materials.
